Student Help Desk
For device or hotspot help, please contact the student help desk at 540-422-7028 or studenthelp@fcps1schools.net. The FCPS support team will monitor the help desk from 9a.m. – 3p.m. Monday – Friday and will respond within 24 hours during monitoring hours.
