FCPS has been using the Vivi wireless presentation solution in the school board office since 2018. There is a unit in the large conference room, the small conference room, and one in the Superintendent’s office. The system provides secure controls to present wirelessly from any device from either the FCPS secure network, or the guest network.

The School Board Office’s large conference room has a HuddlePair conference rooma wide-angle webcam and wireless USB speakerphone. The HuddlePair 1080p camera features a wide 106-degree field of view capable of capturing multiple meeting room participants.
